3 Types Of Preaching Sermons: Part 1 Topical Sermons

When I first started preaching (16 years old), I was a very basic preacher. I had heart and  I tried to use the Bible as much as possible. God blessed, and I remember the first time I preached, someone got saved. I remember how happy I was to be used by God. I remember that I began to grow as a preacher, and God continued to bless. I believe God wants to use His people, and if someone steps up, He’ll bless their efforts. Though I was used by God, I find that I have changed in my style of preaching. Out Of The Pit – Why I Am Glad To Be Saved

Ps 40:1 ¶ <<To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.>> I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.
2 He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.
3 And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.

Psalm 40:1-3
1 I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.
2 He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.
3 And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD. Continue Reading…
